Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. All animals are guaranteed healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied, we will replace the animal as long as you notify us within forty-eight hours from the time of arrival. We pride ourselves in producing the BEST quality animals on the market and have been doing so since 1990.
2. Payment is required in advance by cashier's check or money order made payable to Peter Kahl. Personal checks or business checks are accepted, but must clear before shipment is sent. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like send a wire call or e-mail for wire information.
3. Shipments are sent UPS, FedEx, or Airfreight. Shipping charges run $50-$100 delivered to your door in the continental United States. Shipping charges depend on weight and where you live. We are based in Maryland so the closer you are to Maryland the less the shipping charges are. Most shipments are around $75 overnight delivery. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for the most part. It is the safest time of the week to ship. We do guarantee live arrival unless otherwise specified in the sale.
4. All specimens are available on a first come, first serve basis. Advanced reservations are accepted with a 20% non-refundable deposit. All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by non-deposit customers. If we can not supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.
5. International orders are sent Airfreight only. There are the following fees involved with international orders such as CITIES PERMIT ($250), health certificate ($150-$250) (if required by your government), and shipping ($150 in Canada, $400-$600 elsewhere in the world). Also our minimum order for international orders is $2,500.
